Simply fill in the booking order form - available here - confirming you agree to the terms and conditions. You will be asked to sign and return the contract together with a booking fee of £250. The sum of 50% of the balance due is to be made four weeks before the wedding. You will need to send in the post a high resolution-disk of the photographs taken at your wedding, giving us the numbers of each image of your favourite 150 - 200 photographs to use in the book. You can also send any you have of yourselves as a couple before you got married. We will return all the disks to you when your books have been published. Don't forget, you must get copyright approval from your wedding photographer for us to use the pictures in our books.

That’s fine. We can work with black and white, as well as colour photographs.

Yes, we do offer a bespoke service to fit the colour theme of your wedding at an additional charge. Contact us for further details.

Yes, you can. We like to include a few pictures of each couple in their early years of courtship in the How We Met section of the book. It really gives that extra sense that this is your own unique story. Obviously the main wedding photographs will have a higher resolution and can be blown up to a far greater size.

Simply send a high-resolution disk of your wedding photographs to us in the post. We will then interview you over the phone after the wedding. We’ll ask you questions about the whole experience from your choice of flowers, to your first dance together as a married couple. Don’t feel shy about telling us every last little detail; it’s all the incidental things that happen on the day that makes your wedding unique. We will then create your book and send a digital version of the book for you to check through. And that’s it - your three, personal weddings books will then be ready to show off to family and friends!

Yes, you will. Photographers own copyright to photographs, unless otherwise stated at the time of commission. It’s important to check with them first and get their written approval. Many photographers these days are happy to hand over copyright to a couple after the wedding and will say so on their website, others will need to be informed what you plan to do with the photographs. In most cases this shouldn’t be a problem. We will credit the photographer at the beginning of the book and give his/her contact details, so it’s a good way for them to get further recommendations and another opportunity to showcase their work.
